Bill Burner, owner of the Fish Guys, loves his fish! He started his career in the pet industry as a teenager working in a local pet store. At the age of nineteen he opened his first of several full line pet stores, where he met his wife, Robin. After twenty years in retail, three children, multiple dogs, cats, and fish tanks later, they decided to shift focus and specialize in aquarium and pet grooming services. Robin owns and operates the Sudsy Paw a grooming and home boarding business. Bill Burner and sons Billy and Andrew are dedicated to the aquarium industry and Bill has been featured in the Asbury Park Press on several occasions.

Billy Burner, Manager at the Fish Guys and Bill's son, has been working on aquariums since he got his first tank at age seven! He worked at several area aquarium and pet shops part time in the area as a teenager before joining the Fish Guys full time as a tech in 2003. Billy has seen a lot of unique aquarium set ups in his fifteen plus years working in the aquarium industry. He also attends several aquarium expos each year to continue learning about new methods, hardware, and aquarium inhabitants. Billy enjoys art and playing music in his spare time.

Joshua Cole, Aquarium Technician at the Fish Guys and the owner Bill's nephew, is a real coral reef guru. His knowledge of all things fish and aquarium related have made him indispensable to the Fish Guys for over 10 years. He has a keen eye on all fish related health and illness issues, and has had tons of different style tank set-ups of his own over the years. Josh is a huge Pittsburg Steelers fan and loves animals of all kinds.
