Recently I decided to switch my Aquarium maintenance services over to the Fish Guys. I had be having issues with my aquarium and had been losing a great deal fish and not getting any resolution from my previous service company. My service technician (Bill) arrived on schedule and proceeded to review my concerns and provide me with possible causes. After our dicussion, Bill began his servicing of my aquarium and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and the meticulous manner in which he cleaned virtually ever part of tank (including the filter, intake tube, tank decorations, rocks, etc.) He thoroughly cleaned all the glass surfaces inside and out, including scrubbing and scraping the inside of the tank's interior glass surfaces) Once Bill completed his maintenance he offered me guidance in what to do to help bring my tank back up to par. In just 3 days since his visit, the tank looks great. The water is crystal clear, all the decorative plants, etc. look like new and most of all, my entire community of fish are active again and no longer lethargic. Thanks Bill, it was amazing what you accomplished in just one visit and I look forward to the next service call.

Bill and his team have done a great job with my tank for years. Both Josh and Andrew are always friendly and courteous when they come in. They each have tremendous knowledge about reefs and tanks. They take care of the tank as if it was their own and I’m very appreciative of all they do! One night after I caught an aggressive fish that I wanted out of the tank, Bill came to my house after 9PM to collect the fish, really going out of his way for me.

The Fish Guys have been servicing my freshwater tropical fish tank since 2012 and I continuously get compliments on my tank and it runs smoothly. Not only is the tank fantastic they maintained, but the service people are friendly this is the kind of business that you don’t mind having in your home or business because they are friendly, professional and often times I spend the hour and a half talking with either Andrew or Joshua while they set up my tank again fresh and new every months. Highly recommend!

We have used Fish Guys for about 10 years. They are the absolute best. The nicest people and so knowledgeable. Our tank is beautiful. We would never use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and Josh routinely maintain my two reef tanks. They do a fantastic job cleaning my tank but even better they have created a work of art placing the coral through the live rock reef! Great work guys.

I've used Fish Guys ever since I "inherited" a salt water tank, and couldn't be more pleased. I've dealt with most everyone in the family but Josh has been the one to come out most frequently. His professionalism and expertise are typical of the company and I'm happy to leave the maintenance of my system in his capable hands.

I was in a tough situation where I sold my house quickly, was in between houses for 8 weeks, and couldn't bring my fish. I called around and found nothing but road blocks, until I called Bill! They came broke down my tank, held my fish, and brought it back when I was ready.... and all the fish LIVED! My tank and fish look cleaner and healthier than the day they left. Worth every penny!
